breakfast was rich and good. there was a great choice. staff was basically very eager and polite (but if you don't get the right answers, unfortunately, not good). changing rooms was no problem, we first had a very dark room without windows and then we got a nicer and warmer room.
hotel is located in the sunworld park ba na hills, unfortunately we had bad luck with the weather (fog, thunderstorm, storm). reception was not occupied in the evening, no questions could be answered. because of the storm we were not sure if the cable car was running, our question was never answered correctly. there was a fire alarm drill, about which we were not informed and when we asked, nobody of the employees knew, only the responsible manager... we were missing the possibility to close the toilet, as there was no door. during the shower everything splashed around because there was no separation... hardly any possibility to eat, drink or experience anything after 4 p. m., because everything closes. at least we didn't see anything in the fog. as europeans. day trip to sunworld without overnight stay is enough, check the weather in advance. it is relatively overpriced!

beautifully built, dreamlike location, beds were very comfortable, in the evening you are almost alone (very pleasant)
hearing room, breakfast tasteless and cold (i was the first in the morning) departure in the morning problematic because only the cable car at the other end of the park. only a cash machine which is constantly empty. lot of people during the day

Megan
The breakfast offered here was above average and relatively inexpensive, featuring a nice variety of options, and the location is secluded, close to an amazing cable car station.

Phyllis
breakfast buffet was very good, rooms very comfortable and well equipped. the lunch buffet (not included) in the park was great. it is especially nice that in the evening - when the day tourists are gone - the park is very nice. due to the stay in the mercure, it was possible to use an own gondola and no additional park entrance fee was paid for the two days (only 400 000 dong for the gondola ride).
remote control in the room for air conditioning was not available. contrary to his description no minimarket in the park. food in the evening is even for western conditions super expensive,

Gorgeous hotel, it offers excellent services and stunning location near to cable car station 5, other attractions before the hoarded of tourists in the morning, and the worlds longest and highest cable car. I have to mention the relatively cheap and savoury breakfast with good varieties and live music, as for instance.
